Meeting overview

This meeting will provide a forum to highlight areas of research in Advanced Materials that iNEMI and its members are focusing on to close technology gaps and develop the next generation of electronics technology. The focus will be on printed electronics, and next generation joining technology including low melting nano-solders and “warm assembly” alternatives.

Objectives

The meeting objectives are to:

Share objectives of current research projects being undertaken by iNEMI members
Identify opportunities for increasing European involvement in these member projects
Stimulate related research by European research institutes
